– Serving the Chinese Community in Manchester

The service is oriented for the Chinese community and conducted in Cantonese,
Mandarin and English. We can help you with:

• Pensions, benefits and tax credits
• Housing benefit
• Council tax
• Education
• Housing
• Debt and utility problems
• Consumer problems
• Social care services
• All other Council services

We can also give you information and refer you to other agencies for issues such as:

• Health
• Harassment or discrimination
• Training and employment
• Domestic violence
• Immigration


Our office hours: Tuesday morning from 10 am to 12 noon.
Anyone in need is welcome to call or use the Zoom platform to contact us during office hours.

The Advice Centre will be closed for Easter holiday between 2nd and 9th April, 2024. It will resume service on 16th April, 2024.


*Note: There is no physical venue in this center, and no appointments are available. Due to limited manpower, consultation sessions are limited, as we operate on a first come first served basis.
